IRCO’s ENGAGE program is designed for immigrants and refugees who wish to become more effective leaders in their communities. We would like to let you know that there will be a serious workshops for ENGAGE 2010-2011. This year’s ENGAGE is designed for both past participants and new.

·        Have a voice in the local government, November 20, 2010, 9:30am-12pm

·        Addressing Health issue in the Community, December 11, 2010, 9:30am-12pm

·        Apply for Grants in addressing community issues, January 11, 2011, 6pm-8pm

·        Advocacy Skills, January 18, 2011, 6pm-8pm

·        Addressing Economic & Small Business Development Issues in the community, February 12, 2011, 9:30am-12pm

·        Community Organizing & Leadership, March 12, 2011, 9:30am-12pm

·        Addressing Education issue in the Community, April 16, 2011, 9:30am-12pm

·        Working together to serve the community, May 7, 2011, 9:30am-12pm

 We hope that these seven workshops will be helpful to you and your community. Please contact us if you have any questions or need more information on this free program.
